How to assemble your Bright Lab Light set
Can you help me design my set?
Yes! Send us an image or idea of your space or inspiration, and we'll send you a picture of a few ideas we think you'll like!
Can I use my Bright Lab Lights Outdoors?
Yes! You can use your lights outside parties or dinner! Just make sure to bring your lights back inside, as your Bright Lab Lights should not get wet.
Do you sell extra bulbs?
Not to worry, we got you covered! Attached to your light strands is a small package of both bulbs and fuses. (Shown below) If you don't see this on your strand, or if this doesn't fix the problem, shoot us a note! hello@brightlablights.com
Do you offer a warranty on your light strands?
Yes! We offer a 1 year warranty on our white strands, and a 3 month warranty on the clear strands. Warranty times are calculated from purchase date.
My light strand is out of warranty, what should I do?
We have replacement strands listed here.
Can I return my items?
Yes! Items that have been unused may be returned within 30 days! Please email us at: hello@brightlablights.com to authorize a return. All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives before shipping. More information about shipping and returns here.
