Thank you for your interest in Bright Lab. We love working with shops that want to make life a little brighter!  At Bright Lab, we care about quality products and user experience. Our primary goal is to build long-lasting, prosperous relationships with like minded businesses and partners.  

Now, onto the serious stuff...


All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers receive 50% off the MSRP, and are responsible for the cost of shipping. Trade clients (interior designers, architects, event planners etc.) will receive 20% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

ORDERING: Orders are submitted through the website.  Email us with any questions or concerns you have about your order.  We do have some flexibility to make changes to orders, but note that changes need to be made before fulfillment/shipping.  If you need to make a change to a submitted order, just email hollie@brightlablights.com

OPENING ORDERS: We require an initial order of $400.  Initial orders must be paid for at time of order. After checkout, you will receive a receipt via email.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, are all accepted forms of payment. We do not accept checks or COD.
