Something wrong with your order? Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We want to get any issues squared away quickly!   

  SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed before 1 pm MST Monday-Friday go out within 2-3 business days.  Orders over $75 within the Continental US qualify for free shipping. All other Domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $5. Expedited shipping and international shipping is available.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Don't love your items? No worries! Items that have been unused may be returned within 30 days!  All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives before shipping your item back. Email hello@brightlablights.com to authorize a return.  Is there anything wrong with the lights?

If the product arrived damaged, was not working properly, or is otherwise dysfunctional upon arrival, we send a free return label. Otherwise, customers can send their returns via shipping service of choice.

You must include the following items with your return:

  • original Bright Lab packaging with all original contents
  • your packing slip (or a printed copy of your order confirmation email)

 

USPS / FEDEX PROBLEMS

 Can't find your package or USPS/FEDEX has not delivered on time? Please contact USPS or FEDEX right away. Most issues can be fixed directly with the postal service. Once your package is in USPS or FEDEX hands, it's out of our control! If you need more information from us for a claim, please contact us at hello@brightlablights.com.

  

INCORRECT ADDRESS

 Did you enter your Delivery address incorrectly? Uh oh! If you can contact us before 1pm MST the day of order, we can update that for you. However, if you did not realize your mistake or are late to contact us, please place a new order with the correct delivery address. Once your package is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original order.

 

HOLIDAY SEASON

 Ordering during the holidays? Please keep in mind that all shipping services are delayed during busy season. Give yourself plenty of extra time to have your goodies delivered! We are not able to guarantee delivery. If you would like a guaranteed shipping time, choose FEDEX or USPS Express.
